Throughout my 16 year career in Independent Senior Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care, I have discovered the greatest passion and compassion for our country’s richest history. It is such a pleasure to be surrounded by individuals who show such a zest for life and who live each moment to the fullest.

It is our desire here at Platinum Living Services to be inspirational and dedicated to each of our residents and encourage them to live life to the fullest. We pride ourselves on excellent resident care and our compassionate team members.

I see firsthand how quickly our new residents realize that our communities environments allow for families to feel at ease and residents to feel secure while having the ability to thrive. Our residents find that their lives change significantly when their activities of daily living needs are met. It is an exciting time when our residents start meeting new friends, building new relationships, discovering new hobbies and attending new social functions that they didn’t realize they would enjoy.

It is so fulfilling to know that every day I have the opportunity to touch someone’s life. There is nothing better than being in an environment where I am surrounded by our amazing residents and dedicated team members. You can feel it in the air from the minute you walk into our communities, they feel like home.

We are so thankful for the opportunity to touch those lives that need us the most. We will continue to do our best and create environments that allow our residents to live life to the fullest.

Executive Director, Brian Vittitoe, is responsible for the safety, comfort, well being, and satisfaction of each resident at Sycamore Glen. He oversees every aspect of the community including the quality of service, amenities, programs, and security provided to the residents. Brian believes that the #1 way to operate such an amazing community is through “top notch customer service”.

Brian is a lifetime resident of Chico and feels a deep connection to his community. He joined the Platinum Senior Living family in 2003 after a 15-year career in law enforcement and has been full-steam ahead ever since. Brian takes great pride in being a board member for the local Boys and Girls Club, member of the Chico Elks Lodge, as well as being a sponsor and coach to several local youth leagues.

Mark Nilsson is responsible for the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of each resident. He joined the Sonoma Hills team in 2002 as Executive Chef and built an amazing kitchen staff that is still intact. Sonoma Hills has a great food reputation of scratch cooking and daily farm-to-table fresh cooking.

Promoted in 2013 to Executive Director, Mark is completely dedicated and innovative with a hands-on approach to resident relations and quality standards. As the host of Sonoma radio’s weekly senior hour and a long time mentor; Mark loves Sonoma Valley and the quality of life within.

Chad Draper
Executive Director - Sterling Court

With more than 4 years of experience in the Healthcare community, Chad brings experiences stemming from; home health care, administration, sales, and marketing. Chad is dedicated to continuing the outstanding legacy of quality care and concern for the residents, staff, families, and visitors of Sterling Court.

Chad is married to his wife Brady and they have one beautiful daughter named Madden. His love of seniors was fostered from a very young age. Chad was extremely close with his grandparents and loved listening to their stories and has fond memories of childhood vacations with them. This is something that has not wavered and he would love to see continue with all of our residents.

Chad hopes to help continue the long lasting tradition of Sterling Court being the premier retirement living community in southern Utah.

My journey started with our Platinum family in February 2013. After working 20+ years in the dental field, I developed a strong compassion for our country’s richest history. I began to realize that my passion was working one-on-one with our world’s most precious asset, our seniors. I had the opportunity to work as a Med tech in our Auburn community and knew from day one that this was my true calling. It has been such a great journey here with our Platinum team and I would not change it for the world. I currently oversee our six-bed board and care and also work hand-in-hand with our Assisted Living Communities, providing guidance and support to our amazing team.

Resident care, security, comfort, and vitality are my focus. Making sure that we are providing the best care to each of our residents is the goal I set for each community. Knowing that every day we touch lives that need us the most fills my heart with joy. Whether I am reviewing a med package, providing a helping hand in care, training one of our newest team members or just relaxing, talking about the good ol’ days with one of our residents, you will find me with a smile on my face. The most exciting part of my journey with our Platinum family is the time I get to spend with each of our communities. It is an honor to help with our care growth and be the support of some of the most brilliant care teams in the Northern California Region.

I also get the joy of supporting our six-bed community, Hampshire Manor, located in a beautiful well-established, quaint Roseville neighborhood. The greatest reward that you can give yourself is the ability to wake up every single day knowing your purpose and your intent. I welcome you to come in and see what we have to offer. Here at Hampshire Manor, we are all family, and there is no better reward than the beautiful smile on the face of our world's greatest treasure.

Kristine Reymont
Executive Director - Gladding Ridge

Kristine has been in senior living for 18 years. She started out by taking care of her father for ten years and when he passed away she decided to start a career in senior living.

She has been a volunteer, activity director, memory care director, and executive director.

Her love for seniors has blossomed over the years and she is very excited to be here at Gladding Ridge!

Her passion is to do what is best and to take care of our seniors. You will see her walking the hallway and joining in on activities as her time allows.

You will love getting to know her she is kind, compassionate, and dedicated. She always wants to do what is best for our seniors and their families.

Kristine has a family of four grown children and three grandchildren whom she adores.

In her spare time, she enjoys scrabble, movies, and reading. She loves spending quality time with her husband of 33 years.
