Mary Dustin
Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer for Platinum Living Services for the past 14 years Mary is responsible for the complete operation of the organization. She is responsible for providing excellent services and care to our senior community. It is her goal to be the leading care provider in the industry. In addition to being a part of an amazing team it is her responsibility to maintain safety, quality assurance, and resident satisfaction along with community relations. Mary prides herself with the pleasure and opportunity to be in all our residents’ lives. She is the driving force to the ultimate and finest senior living throughout the region.

Rouzbeh Moradhasel
Executive Director

As the Executive Director for Oakwood Village, Rouzbeh is responsible for the complete operation of the community. He is responsible for the satisfaction of every resident at Oakwood Village. It is his responsibility to maintain safety, quality assurance, and resident satisfaction along with community relations. Rouzbeh has had the pleasure of working in Retirement and Assisted living communities since 2008. Working with seniors is one of his many passions.

Vanessa Jones
Executive Director

As the Executive Director at Sterling Heights her essential duties include operational and budget planning, delivery of all residential services, regulatory compliance, occupancy levels as well as resident satisfaction. She has worked as a Caregiver, Medtech, and Resident Care and Wellness Director assistant, helping in every way she can. She enjoys helping to make Sterling Heights the best place to call home in the Owens Valley.

Brian Vittitoe
Executive Director

Executive Director, Brian Vittitoe, is responsible for the safety, comfort, well being, and satisfaction of each resident at Sycamore Glen. He oversees every aspect of the community including the quality of service, amenities, programs, and security provided to the residents. Brian believes that the #1 way to operate such an amazing community is through “top notch customer service”.
Brian is a lifetime resident of Chico and feels a deep connection to his community. He joined the Platinum Senior Living family in 2003 after a 15 year career in law enforcement and has been full-steam ahead ever since. Brian takes great pride in being a board member for the local Boys and Girls Club, member of the Chico Elks Lodge, as well as being a sponsor and coach to several local youth leagues. Sycamore Glen; not the lifestyle you need, but the lifestyle you have EARNED!!

Mark Nilsson
Executive Director

Mark Nilsson is responsible for the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of each resident. He joined the Sonoma Hills team in 2002 as Executive Chef and built an amazing kitchen staff that is still intact. Sonoma Hills has a great food reputation of scratch cooking and farm to table fresh daily.Promoted in 2013 to his current position, Mark is completely dedicated and innovative with hands on approach to resident relations and quality standards.Host of Sonoma radio’s weekly Senior Hour and a long time mentor; Mark loves the Sonoma Valley and the quality of life within.

Andy Palmer
Executive Director

Andy Palmer has more than 8 years’ experience in the healthcare industry including acute care, home healthcare, administration, sales and marketing. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. He is dedicated to continue the outstanding legacy of quality care and concern for the residents, staff, families and visitors of Sterling Court. His warm smile, charismatic personality and leadership qualities assist Sterling Court in being the premiere retirement living community in southern Utah.

Cathy Dustin has been a part of the Platinum family since 2013. Starting off at Oakwood Village Assisted Living and Memory Care in Auburn, Cathy excelled in the Wellness Director position overseeing all medication management and distribution for all 50-70 residents at Oakwood Village.
In November 2016 Cathy was offered a promotion to become the Community Compliance Officer overseeing all of our Assisted Living Communities, where she got to experience all that our buildings have to offer. Shortly after Cathy decided to take on becoming the Executive Director for Hampshire Manor, Residential Care Community in Roseville which is currently her home base.
Since the beginning, Cathy has been a committed, determined, and vibrant part of the Platinum Family sharing her love for the company as a whole, and all of the residents who reside in our communities, with everyone she meets! Cathy is excited to be given an opportunity to oversee Hampshire Manor and show all of the abilities and skills she has acquired over the years!

Aaron Jones
Executive Director

Aaron has been working in Social Services in a skilled nursing setting for many years and is very excited to take the leap as Executive Director of Gladding Ridge. He has lived all over the country while serving in the Army and finishing his education. He is originally from Southern California but loves the Sacramento area and all it has to offer for his family. He has 4 very busy and active children who take up all his free time. He enjoys coaching their sports teams and being a volunteer in their various scouting and school activities. He is looking forward to the new adventures this position will bring and in getting to know his staff and residents and creating a fun but professional environment where everyone loves to live and work at.
